Welcome to Edge Flow.
This Terms of Use sets forth the conditions for use of the Edge Flow platform ("Platform"), made available by EDGE FLOW, private legal entity ("EDGE FLOW", "Company", "we"), intended for analyzing trader performance through technology, artificial intelligence, and statistical data processing.
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or using any Platform feature, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy.
1 Settings
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
- Platform
- online system developed by EDGE FLOW for operational performance analysis of traders.
- User
- individual or legal entity properly registered on the Platform.
- Account
- individual registration created by the User for use of the services.
- Subscription
- subscription to a monthly or annual plan that grants access to the features included in the selected plan.
- Operational Data
- information imported or entered by the User related to their financial operations, metrics, trade history, trading journals, performance indicators, and other information used to generate analyses.
2 Object
A EDGE FLOW offers a technological platform focused on monitoring and analyzing traders' operational progress, providing tools such as:
- performance statistical analysis;
- performance dashboards;
- operational indicators;
- risk management metrics;
- artificial intelligence for generating personalized diagnostics;
- automatic reports;
- historical tracking of the user's progress.
The services are exclusively technological, informational, and educational in nature.
3 Nature of the services
A EDGE FLOW is not a securities broker, financial intermediary, investment advisor, portfolio administrator, or asset manager.
The Platform does not execute financial transactions on behalf of the User.
No information provided by the Platform constitutes:
- investment recommendation;
- buy or sell recommendation for assets;
- financial consulting;
- promise of profitability;
- guarantee of results.
All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the User.

4 Signup
To use the Platform, the User must create an account containing true, complete, and up-to-date information.
The User declares that:
- has legal capacity to enter into a contract;
- is responsible for the information provided;
- will keep your data up to date;
- will protect your access credentials.
Each account is personal, individual, and non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
5 Plans and subscriptions
A EDGE FLOW offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
Each plan may have different limits related to:
- funcionalidades;
- number of analyses;
- storage capacity;
- artificial intelligence features;
- Premium features.
The features included in each plan will be those published on the Platform’s official page at the time of purchase.
6 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each contracted period.
By subscribing to a plan, the User authorizes recurring charges using the provided payment method.
If payment is not approved, the EDGE FLOW may:
- temporarily suspend access;
- attempt new billing charges;
- cancel the subscription in the event of prolonged delinquency.
7 Cancellation
The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the customer area.
After cancellation:
- no new charge will be made;
- access will remain available until the end of the already paid period.
Unless otherwise required by law, there will be no prorated refund for partially used periods.
If the contract is entered into by a consumer and remotely, the rules of the right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Protection Code shall apply.

8 Free trials and promotions
A EDGE FLOW may offer promotional or free periods.
These periods may include functionality limitations.
The Company may modify or discontinue promotional campaigns at any time, while preserving the rights already acquired by participating users.
9 Payments
Payments may be processed by specialized companies.
A EDGE FLOW does not store full credit card data.
Questions related to financial processing may depend on payment service providers.
10 Proper Use of the Platform
The User agrees to use the Platform ethically and in accordance with these Terms.
It is prohibited to:
- share accounts;
- commercialize access;
- copy the Platform;
- perform reverse engineering;
- attempt to discover source code or algorithms;
- use robots for bulk data extraction;
- compromise the Platform’s security;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
11 Service Availability
A EDGE FLOW will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform continuously available.
However, interruptions may occur due to:
- preventive maintenance;
- corrective maintenance;
- updates;
- unavailability of third-party services;
- internet outages;
- force majeure events.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
12 User Data
All data entered by the User remains their property.
By using the Platform, the User authorizes that such data be processed for:
- analysis processing;
- generation of reports;
- operation of artificial intelligence;
- continuous improvement of the Platform;
- production of anonymized internal statistics.
A EDGE FLOW does not sell personal data.
The processing will fully comply with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
13 Artificial intelligence
Some of the Platform’s features use artificial intelligence to interpret data and generate diagnoses.
The User acknowledges that:
- AI-generated responses are probabilistic;
- results depend on the quality of the data submitted;
- automated analyses may contain inaccuracies.
Artificial intelligence does not replace human analysis and does not constitute financial advice.
14 No guarantee of results
Using the Platform does not guarantee:
- increase profitability;
- loss reduction;
- approval at proprietary trading desks;
- performance improvement;
- success in financial operations.
User performance depends exclusively on individual factors, trading discipline, risk management, and market conditions.
15 Intellectual property
All rights related to the Platform belong exclusively to EDGE FLOW.
Incluem-se:
- software;
- algoritmos;
- artificial intelligence models;
- dashboards;
- visual identity;
- metodologia;
- reports;
- charts;
- database;
- textos;
- marca;
- documentation.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.
16 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the EDGE FLOW shall not be liable for:
- financial losses;
- losses resulting from operations carried out by the User;
- lost profits;
- loss of opportunities;
- investment decisions;
- internet unavailability;
- failures in the User's equipment;
- temporary unavailability of the Platform.
In any case, any liability of the EDGE FLOW will be limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to any claim, subject to liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
17 Account suspension or termination
A EDGE FLOW may suspend or cancel accounts that:
- violate these Terms;
- commit fraud;
- use false information;
- attempt to compromise the Platform's security;
- engage in unlawful activities;
- infringe intellectual property rights.
Whenever possible, an opportunity to remedy the issue will be granted before final termination.
18 Platform changes
A EDGE FLOW may, at any time:
- add features;
- remove features;
- update features;
- change plans;
- change prices for new subscriptions or renewals;
- improve artificial intelligence models.
These changes do not create any vested right to permanent maintenance of specific features, subject to consumer rights.
19 Changes to This Term
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
Whenever there are material changes, Users will be notified through the means available on the Platform or by registered email.
Continued use of the Platform after the changes are published will constitute acceptance of the new version.
20 Communications
The User agrees that all official communications related to the Platform may be made through:
- registered e-mail;
- internal notifications;
- alerts on the Platform;
- user area.
It is the User's responsibility to keep their contact details up to date.
21 Applicable law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code, the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
The court of the district where the headquarters of EDGE FLOW to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement, subject to cases where consumer law grants the consumer a different jurisdiction.
Final Provisions
By using the Platform, the User declares that:
- has read this Terms of Use in full;
- understood their rights and obligations;
- agrees to all conditions set forth here;
- will use the Platform in an ethical, lawful manner and in compliance with applicable law.
